We put our heart and soul into every single order. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us ASAP! We will do our very best to compromise with you to ensure you are a happy chappy again. 

We try our best to have all deliveries completed by 3pm Friday but cannot give you a specific time of arrival.

Delivery times do vary and sometimes you may not be around when we drop your order off. Therefore, we recommend leaving a sealed container/bag/esky out for us to put your order into.

Please be aware, we cannot be held accountable for outdoor elements that could change the quality of your order.

If you are not home to collect the order, it will be left by the door.
